EU AI Act: Article 50 transitional period

Colorado ADMT Act repeal & replace
SB 26-189 repeals the earlier SB 24-205 and replaces it with a consequential-decision disclosure regime, effective 1 January 2027. A federal court had blocked enforcement of SB 24-205 in April 2026 (xAI v. Weiser) before the replacement was signed. View entry →
